1. Design approach
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design reference, with visible labels, keyboard-operable controls, readable text, meaningful headings, focus indicators and reduced-motion support. This is an improvement target, not a certification or a guarantee that every page, PDF or platform preview feature meets every criterion.
2. Report a barrier
Use Privacy Requests and select Accessibility. Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete and the alternative format you need. Sharing your browser or assistive technology is optional; do not include health records. An authorized person may contact us on your behalf. Requests receive an on-screen reference and require human follow-up.
Editorial articles are readable on the website without downloading a PDF. If a report or control is difficult to use, ask for an alternative. Privacy Requests does not require completing the multi-step business questionnaire.
3. Ongoing review
Accessibility issues can change as content and third-party systems change. Automated checks do not replace manual accessibility review. Improvements are tracked alongside website updates, and you may contact Wednesday Group Inc at info@wednesdaygrp.com if the request form is difficult to use.
