1. Scope and how to contact us

This notice covers information collected on the Wednesday Group website. It does not replace a separate confidentiality or data-processing agreement for an accepted consulting engagement. The website operator is Wednesday Group Inc, using the Wednesday Group brand. Contact us at seele1013@gmail.com or through Privacy Requests. A street address is not published on this website.

Use the Privacy Requests page to contact the website operator about this notice, request access or correction, ask for deletion, submit an opt-out request or appeal a decision. No account or business qualification is required. Do not include identity documents or sensitive records. Submitting the form records your request; it does not itself verify your identity or complete a deletion.

2. Information collected

Consultation requests collect your name, business email, company, role, advisory priority, company-size range, timing and the business challenge you choose to describe. Report requests collect your name, email, company and report selection. The report form uses technical default values for size and timing; these are not claims about your actual business.

Privacy requests collect your name, reply email, request type, message and an optional previous reference. Submissions record an identifier, server timestamp and notice version. Consultation and report requests also record the acknowledgments you select; privacy-rights requests do not require contractual or marketing consent. Report access uses an opaque download token; the database stores its digest rather than the token itself.

If you contact the published Gmail address, your email and its contents are also handled by the email provider and mailbox operator under their applicable arrangements. Do not email sensitive documents. The hosting, network and asset-delivery providers receive technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL to deliver and protect the site. The application's rate limiter temporarily stores hashed contact keys for syntactically valid email submissions and hashed network keys for other requests in process memory. It does not add raw IP addresses or rate-limit keys to the inquiry database. Provider security and operational logs may follow separate retention practices.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to receive and evaluate your business request, arrange a response, deliver a requested report, handle privacy or accessibility inquiries, maintain acceptance records and prevent abuse. A consultation submission does not create a consulting, attorney-client, insurance, employment or freight-service relationship.

This website does not enroll you in a newsletter, sell form submissions, add advertising pixels or use inquiry data for targeted advertising or automated decisions about jobs, credit or insurance. Submission permission is limited to handling your request. Any future marketing program would require a separate, clearly described choice and its own operational controls.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Contact details, inquiry contents and acceptance records are stored in the website's managed database and handled by authorized personnel and hosting/database service providers. Manus-provided hosting, storage and content-delivery services support this site. Owner notifications about privacy requests contain a reference and request type, not your name, email or message. Those notifications are operational alerts, not customer confirmation emails.

Technical request data is shared with network and CDN providers as required to deliver pages and assets. Inquiry information may also be disclosed where reasonably required by applicable law or to qualified advisors assisting with a specific request or dispute. A material business transfer, if it involves personal data, must remain subject to applicable law and appropriate notice. Your request is not automatically sent to carriers, staffing agencies, insurance sellers or unrelated marketing companies.

Service providers may process data outside your state or country. This notice does not assert a verified data-residency location, a particular security certification or a signed vendor data-processing agreement. Provider arrangements must be reviewed before expanding the data collected.

5. Cookies, local storage and privacy signals

The public inquiry forms do not require an account and do not store form contents in browser local storage. Fonts are served by this site. Technical storage or cookies may be used for hosting, platform preview, security or optional authentication. Preview tooling is separate from advertising and may collect technical diagnostics.

There is no optional advertising or marketing tracking in the application and therefore no 'accept all' advertising consent banner. Global Privacy Control does not enable any sale or targeted advertising; this site has no such processing to opt out of. You can also record an opt-out request through Privacy Requests. If optional tracking or new processing is introduced, notices and choice controls must be updated before activation. Browser Do Not Track is not treated as a replacement for applicable privacy rights.

6. Retention and security

Records are retained as needed to respond to inquiries, maintain applicable business and acceptance records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. Records should be reviewed for deletion when no longer needed; a legal hold or legitimate recordkeeping obligation may require longer retention. This site does not currently run an automated retention-deletion job. You may request a review through Privacy Requests; a request does not cause immediate automatic deletion from live systems or provider backups.

The application limits inputs, restricts report downloads using tokens, avoids public inquiry listings and avoids logging submitted form bodies. Hosting and database safeguards also affect security. No system or transmission is guaranteed secure. Do not send credentials, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, employee files, health or immigration records, or privileged legal material through these forms.

7. Your choices and New Jersey rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission for further request-related contact, or raise a privacy concern using Privacy Requests. Include only enough information for us to identify the record. Access, correction and deletion may require proportionate identity verification; do not upload identification here. Opt-out requests are not subject to the same identity-verification requirement, subject to applicable fraud safeguards. An authorized agent may use the same channel and identify their authority without sending sensitive documents.

Where the New Jersey Data Privacy Law applies, eligible consumers may confirm processing and access personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy where provided by law, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising and qualifying profiling. The law generally concerns residents acting in an individual or household context, not an employment or commercial context, and has controller applicability thresholds. Being a business contact does not remove other applicable protections. This notice does not assert that the operator meets or is exempt from those thresholds.

For requests covered by the New Jersey law, the statutory response period is generally 45 days; a permitted additional 45-day extension requires timely notice and a reason. If a request is declined, use the Appeal option on Privacy Requests, quoting the reference and reason for review. Covered appeals must be answered within 45 days. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. These are legal duties where applicable, not a claim that this site automatically fulfills or adjudicates requests. Requests require human follow-up. We do not charge a fee or change service availability solely because you use this form; statutory exceptions, if relevant, must be evaluated under applicable law.

8. Children and sensitive information

This site is intended for adults acting for businesses, not children. Do not submit information about a child or sensitive employee information. If you believe such information was submitted, use Privacy Requests with a brief explanation, without repeating the sensitive data. Any later service that needs employee or sensitive personal data requires a separate review and appropriate lawful handling arrangement.

9. Changes to this notice

The effective date and version are shown on this page. Material changes will be highlighted here and, where required and contact details are available, communicated directly before the changed processing takes effect. A revised policy does not retroactively create consent or reduce non-waivable rights. Submission records preserve the notice version displayed at submission.
